The department has launched a Linnaeus Palme exchange programme with Sankara Nethralaya Medical Research Foundation in Chennai, India. Initial support with SEK 80 000 was provided by the International Programme Office for Education and Training (Internationella Programkontoret) in March 2015, for the period 1 July 2015 – 30 June 2016.
